We want you to love your ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your Tatcha purchase, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Ritual

  Securely pack the products in their original box or any sturdy mailer, ensuring the printed return slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
